Buyers are responsible for ensuring that imported/exported goods comply with the laws and regulations of their respective countries. Texas Consultant will not be responsible for confiscated goods due to legal or regulatory issues.
Texas Consultant is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided under the specific contract.
